We are looking for: Senior SAP QM Consultant (Part-time) / (Full-time)

General info:

Location: Remote
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 6-week engagement (approx. 9 working days) with potential extension to a long-term project (up to 2 years)
General info: B2B Contract | Part-time (2–3 days/week)
Rate: up to 270 PLN per hour

Skills required:

5+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant
Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and business context
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud is a plus)
Experience in brownfield SAP environments
Ability to independently lead workshops and discussions with business stakeholders
Experience preparing scope documentation, recommendations, and consulting deliverables
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
English is a must

Nice to have:

Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Chemical industries
Experience with validated SAP/GxP environments
Experience designing global SAP templates or supporting rollout projects
Previous involvement in international SAP transformation programs

Responsibilities:

Define the scope for a global SAP QM template
Analyze the client's current SAP QM landscape in a brownfield environment
Review existing business processes and identify gaps, localization needs, and harmonization opportunities
Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements
Translate business needs into SAP QM process recommendations
Prepare structured scope documentation and consulting deliverables
Work closely with the Scope Lead while independently driving the SAP QM workstream
Advise the client on SAP QM best practices in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
