We are looking for: Senior SAP QM Consultant (Part-time) / (Full-time)
General info:
- Location: Remote
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Initial 6-week engagement (approx. 9 working days) with potential extension to a long-term project (up to 2 years)
- General info: B2B Contract | Part-time (2–3 days/week)
- Rate: up to 270 PLN per hour
Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and business context
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud is a plus)
- Experience in brownfield SAP environments
- Ability to independently lead workshops and discussions with business stakeholders
- Experience preparing scope documentation, recommendations, and consulting deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English is a must
Nice to have:
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Chemical industries
- Experience with validated SAP/GxP environments
- Experience designing global SAP templates or supporting rollout projects
- Previous involvement in international SAP transformation programs
Responsibilities:
- Define the scope for a global SAP QM template
- Analyze the client's current SAP QM landscape in a brownfield environment
- Review existing business processes and identify gaps, localization needs, and harmonization opportunities
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements
- Translate business needs into SAP QM process recommendations
- Prepare structured scope documentation and consulting deliverables
- Work closely with the Scope Lead while independently driving the SAP QM workstream
- Advise the client on SAP QM best practices in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
