We are looking for: AWS Connect Developer

General info:

Location: Remote / once a month visit to the office in Warsaw
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until the end of January 2026 (possible extension)
General info: B2B Contract
Rate: up to 175 PLN per hour

Skills required:

5+ years of experience in commercial IT projects
Hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect
Strong knowledge of Python
Experience with AWS Lambda
Understanding of Contact Center business processes and solutions
English at minimum B2 level
Experience with Node.js, Cyara, or Genesys would be an advantage

Responsibility:

Implementing solutions in Amazon Connect (AWS Connect)
Developing business logic for Contact Center solutions
Building and maintaining AWS Lambda functions using Python
Integrating AWS Connect with external systems via APIs
Working with existing interfaces and system integrations
Collaborating with developers, analysts, testers, and the client
