We are looking for: AWS Connect Developer
General info:
- Location: Remote / once a month visit to the office in Warsaw
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Until the end of January 2026 (possible extension)
- General info: B2B Contract
- Rate: up to 175 PLN per hour
Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial IT projects
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with AWS Lambda
- Understanding of Contact Center business processes and solutions
- English at minimum B2 level
- Experience with Node.js, Cyara, or Genesys would be an advantage
Responsibility:
- Implementing solutions in Amazon Connect (AWS Connect)
- Developing business logic for Contact Center solutions
- Building and maintaining AWS Lambda functions using Python
- Integrating AWS Connect with external systems via APIs
- Working with existing interfaces and system integrations
- Collaborating with developers, analysts, testers, and the client
