We are looking for: Senior Java Developer (2 FTE)

General info:

Location: 100% Remote
Start: October 2026
Duration: Until December 2026, with possible extension
Contract: B2B
Rate: up to 150 PLN/h

Skills required:

5+ years of commercial experience with Java
Strong knowledge of Java 17+
Strong experience with Spring Boot
Production experience with Apache Kafka
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
Knowledge of REST API, Gradle or Maven
Experience with Clean/Hexagonal Architecture and DDD
Experience with unit and integration testing
Self-reliance and proactive approach

Nice to have:

Payments, fintech, accounting or invoicing experience
Avro + Schema Registry
Spock/Groovy, Spring Cloud Contract
Helm, GitOps and observability tools
SAP integration
Interest or experience in AI

Responsibilities:

Developing backend microservices in the payments domain
Working on payment processing, invoicing and reporting services
Designing and delivering production features end-to-end
Integrating external systems via REST and Kafka
Maintaining high code quality and architectural standards
Code reviews and production support
