We are looking for: Senior Java Developer (2 FTE)
General info:
- Location: 100% Remote
- Start: October 2026
- Duration: Until December 2026, with possible extension
- Contract: B2B
- Rate: up to 150 PLN/h
Skills required:
- 5+ years of commercial experience with Java
- Strong knowledge of Java 17+
- Strong experience with Spring Boot
- Production experience with Apache Kafka
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Knowledge of REST API, Gradle or Maven
- Experience with Clean/Hexagonal Architecture and DDD
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Self-reliance and proactive approach
Nice to have:
- Payments, fintech, accounting or invoicing experience
- Avro + Schema Registry
- Spock/Groovy, Spring Cloud Contract
- Helm, GitOps and observability tools
- SAP integration
- Interest or experience in AI
Responsibilities:
- Developing backend microservices in the payments domain
- Working on payment processing, invoicing and reporting services
- Designing and delivering production features end-to-end
- Integrating external systems via REST and Kafka
- Maintaining high code quality and architectural standards
- Code reviews and production support
