We are looking for: SAPEX Remelt Roll-out Cutover Manager
General info:
- Location: remote with business trips within the EU – 50%
- Start: mid of April
- Duration: long-term
- General info: 12 months first contract with possible extension
- Rate: up to 90 EUR/daily
Skills required:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP projects, including min. 5 years in SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Familiarity and experience working with SAP and MES (welcome).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum).
- Very good knowledge of English (C1), knowledge of German welcome.
- Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Project, Power BI (reporting), SAP SD, QM with QTS, TM Cockpit.
Responsililies:
- Defining and coordinating the Cutover strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Develop and execute Cutover plan in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Integrating the data migration plan from the Data Migration team into the overall Cutover plan.
- Manage communication of the Cutover process, including creation of dashboards and statistics.
- Oversee bug reports in the Cutover process and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement black-out window strategies to minimize downtime.
- Prioritize quality of implementation over cost optimization.
