SAP P2P Consultant

Skills required: 

• Deep understanding of the Fiori platform and standard Fiori applications for procurement, invoice verification, and supplier interaction.
• Ability to guide users in utilizing standard Fiori applications and their basic customization.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the MM (Materials Management) and P2P modules.
• Knowledge of key P2P process functions, including Source-to-Pay, PR/PO, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Management.
• Configuration and utilization of SAP Invoice Verification and management of invoice discrepancies.
• Experience with EDI for supplier integration: setting up IDocs/SOAP/oData, monitoring, and troubleshooting errors
• P2P integration with other modules (FI-CO, SD, PP, LE, ATP) and ensuring data consistency.
• Procurement category setup, source determination, contracts, and agreement management (Scheduling Agreements, Outline Agreements).
• Experience with Workflows in the context of procurement and invoice verification.
• Understanding of integration with asset management, including procurement and asset accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the analysis of company business processes.
• Contribution to Blueprint development.
• FDD development and consultation with ABAP developers.
• SAP S/4HANA configuration for procurement processes.
• Testing of configurations and custom developments.
• Conducting functional testing.
• Preparation of user documentation.
• Participation in E2E testing.
• Interaction with other functional teams.
• Go-live support and post-implementation assistance
