Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Solution designer/developer for SAP Concur
- SAP Concur support and configuration experience including Travel, Expense, Expense Pay
- SAP Concur integration expertise with SAP
- Understanding of financial processes
- Advanced knowledge related to data security and GDPR
- Fluent English
Responsibility:
- Provide IT support as required for SAP Concur upgrade and maintenance events as requested
- Identify/participate in defect identification, resolution with SAP Concur service team as required.
- Participates in Global and regional projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of business requirements
- Engage with Key Users and/or IT Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to resource requirements, project deliverables, solution design including integration with SAP, and other systems as appropriate
