We are looking for: Risk & Control Analyst
General info:
- Location: hybrid (Warsaw/preferred or Poznań)
- Duration: 6-12 month contract
- Salary: 70-90 PLN/h
Skills required:
- At least 2+ years of experience in risk management and internal controls, preferably within IT or IT Security.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira/Atlassian, Archer, or other GRC platforms.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001.
Responsibility:
- Provide day-to-day operational support to IT and financial risk managers.
- Take meeting notes, prepare follow-ups, and support action tracking.
- Develop and maintain internal risk reporting systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Maintain and update internal documentation such as policies and procedures.
