Skills required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building and executing security strategy in large organizations
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Experience in risk management and compliance within regulated environments
- Experience managing security teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with Board-level stakeholders
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- CISSP, CISM or CISA certification
- Experience in the financial sector
