- Rate: market rate, depending on experience and seniority
Skills required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment and consulting services sales
- Strong understanding of the IT market and IT roles, particularly within SAP and ERP specializations
- Proven experience in business development, including cold calling, prospecting, client acquisition, and expanding existing business relationships
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and industry professionals
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Confidence, open-mindedness, and the ability to work independently
Responsibility:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT professionals, with a focus on SAP and ERP roles
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through direct search, headhunting, and networking
- Ensuring a high-quality Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
- Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing ones
- Driving business development activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and social selling
- Leading client meetings, negotiating terms, and advising on talent acquisition strategies
- Building long-term partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor in IT Recruitment and SAP Consulting
