We are looking for: ABAP Developer

- Rate: 170 - 200 PLN/h
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions within logistics-related projects.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and application support initiatives for both local and international clients.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP developments while ensuring high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analyzing existing code and proposing effective improvements.
- Contribute technical expertise during project workshops, meetings, and client discussions.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex development topics.
- Continuously improve development practices and suggest innovative technical solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development, including Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO).
- Strong practical knowledge of ABAP programming and software development best practices.
- Experience building and maintaining object-oriented solutions in commercial SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration and development technologies such as RFC, IDoc, SOAP, OData, ICF, WebDynpro, UI5, FPM or SAP Business Application Studio.
- Experience working with SAP forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms or SAPscript).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including debugging and optimizing existing SAP applications.
- Experience performing code reviews and ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Good understanding of clean code principles and object-oriented design concepts.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within international project teams.
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: English, Polish, or German.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
