Skills required:
- 7+ years of experience in UX Research using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics or similar).
- Strong expertise in planning and conducting end-to-end user research.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics tools.
- Experience with benchmarking and product analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude).
- Experience researching complex B2B products.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple research initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in global, distributed teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Background in highly technical product environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives that support product strategy and design decisions.
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, benchmarking studies and persona development.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights, journey maps, reports and presentations.
- Translate research outcomes into recommendations that influence product strategy and business decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and Business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Incorporate technical and business requirements into research planning and execution.
- Advocate for user-centered design and promote research-driven decision making across the organization.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and facilitate workshops to align teams around user needs.
