Skills required:
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Experience in system migration, transformation, or enterprise implementation projects.
- Strong skills in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Good understanding of system integrations and dependencies.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working with international business and technical teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Corporate Tax / CIT.
- Knowledge of Thomson Reuters OneSource.
- Experience in Tax Technology or Tax Transformation projects.
- Background in Finance, Tax, or Compliance.
- Experience with workflow and process automation solutions.
Responsibility:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external solution providers.
- Analyse existing systems, processes, and technical environments.
- Map functional requirements and dependencies between systems.
- Support the migration from OneSource Legacy to NextGen OneSource.
- Analyse and document integrations between applications supporting tax processes.
- Participate in solution definition, testing, and implementation activities.
- Identify and monitor risks, dependencies, and potential issues related to the migration.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Support the transition to the new platform and ensure business requirements are properly reflected in the solution.
