Skills required:
- Strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Very good knowledge of TypeScript
- Strong practical experience with React
- Strong practical experience with Node.js
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Ability to work independently from problem analysis through to implementation
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns and best practices
- Experience with Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, code reviews and merge conflict resolution
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- English proficiency sufficient for daily work in an international environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Neo4j / graph databases
- Experience with Redis
- Experience designing application architecture
- Experience integrating multiple systems
- Docker / Docker Compose
- Jenkins / ArgoCD
- AWS / AWS Bedrock
- Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code
- Vite / ESBuild
- Python
- OIDC / SSO
- Basic Linux/Unix knowledge
- GitHub portfolio or examples of previous work
- Kubernetes knowledge is not mandatory – the team is willing to support the successful candidate in developing this area.
Responsibility:
- Developing and transforming an existing internal application supporting network planning and network design
- Automating processes related to network infrastructure planning
- Developing functionality supporting network design
- Building automated workflows across different stages of the process
- Developing mechanisms for generating Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Integrating additional stages of the planning, ordering and delivery process
- Developing and automating financial processes
- Integrating the application with other Equinix systems and finance teams
- Designing and implementing REST APIs and backend services
- Developing frontend functionality using React and TypeScript
- Working with databases including MariaDB and Neo4j
- Maintaining and further developing the existing solution
- Analysing business and technical problems and proposing appropriate solutions
- Gathering requirements and information from relevant stakeholders
- Taking ownership of tasks from initial analysis through to implementation
