We are looking for: Network Infrastructure Manager
General info:
- Location: Warsaw, hybrid - 1 x per week in the office
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long term project
- Contract: UoP or B2B
- Rate: 22 000 - 24 000 gross or 24 000 - 26 000 net B2B
Skills required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a technical team or IT department, with proven ability to organize work, delegate tasks, and develop team capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching, and basic security) and a general understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Strong resource, priority, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and effective operational management.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with initiative, independence, and the ability to develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with business and technical clients; fluent Polish and English at minimum B2 level.
