SAP HCM Consultant with German Payroll (m/f/x)

- Location: Remote / Poland
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term cooperation
- General info: B2B Contract
- Rate: 260–270 PLN per hour
Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Strong knowledge of German Payroll (SAP HCM PY)
- Experience with SAP HCM PA
- Knowledge of German payroll specifics and regulations, including ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.
- Experience in SAP system configuration, including functions, rules and payroll
- Experience with HRSP imports and SPDD/SPAU comparisons
- Very good communication and client-facing skills
- Fluent German and good command of English
Responsibility:
- Independent handling and tracking of incidents, HOT fixes and change requests
- Supporting German payroll and personnel administration processes
- Analysis of requirements, implementation, testing and documentation
- Providing short-term support in case of SAP payroll system disruptions
- Technical implementation of payroll processes, including preparation and follow-up activities
- Supporting HRSP imports and SPDD/SPAU comparisons
- Importing preliminary OSS corrections
- Close cooperation with clients and the project team
